Hyderabad's new owners retain 20 players

Sun TV Network, the new owners of the Hyderabad IPL franchise, have retained 20 players from the terminated Deccan Chargers, meeting the October 31 deadline by when the teams had to announce which players they were giving a contract extension to for the 2013 season, and which players they were releasing. A total of 179 players have been retained by the nine franchises on the same financial terms.
